数控加工中心故障排除
为了充分发挥中心应有的功效,数控机床的正常运行是十分关键的,在数控设备出现问题,及时排除故障就显得尤为重要。但对于接触加工中心不多的维修人员来说,当机床出现故障时,往往不知从那里下手,延误维修时间。这时如果我们能借助于数控系统本身具有的自诊断功能,将对我们的维修产生很大帮助。同时,作为维修人员当数控机床发生故障后,首先要向操作者了解故障产生症状,产生在哪道程序及时间,操作方法是否得当,才能及时发现问题,以免隐患过大,造成损失。其次,要检查按钮、熔断器,接线端子等元件,在接线时螺钉是否拧紧,航空插头和插座是否拧紧,电路板上的插头是否拧紧,各拨把开关,操作方式是否正确等。
并且根据机械故障较易察觉的特点,当发生机床过载,过热报警时,应首先检查滑板的镶条是否装过紧,滑板和床身导轨之间摩擦力增大,从而使电机运转困难,还有滚珠丝杠和托架之间是否同心,如丝杠中滚珠磨损造成丝杠过紧,也可使电机过载、过热,从而引起电气故障。因此我们在数控机床的正常维修当中,认真做好以上几个方面的工作,共同配合,可以少走弯路,较快排除故障,减少数控机床的停机时间,提高数控机床的使用率,使公司生产得以顺利进行,完成生产进度。 (图/文)
