木托盘使用情况调查
作为必要的物流工具,在物流体系中有着不可取代的作用。现在发达国家的物流木托盘化作业的水准非常高,美国90%的商品交易由托盘运输,欧盟产品贸易由托盘运输的比例超过80%,日本也达到80%,而我国还不到20%。物流托盘化最大的优点就是能够大大减低装卸搬运资本。
美国是一个已经广泛运用托盘的国家,当前具有托盘30亿只。我国物流在交通储运上每花2.5元,就需要在装卸运输环节上减去l元钱。我国的装卸运输费用是美国的3倍,可见托盘在物流区域的作用与好处。也正是由于这样,托盘被叫做21世纪物流区域关键性革新之一。
因为我国还没建立所有货主共同运用的托盘共用体系,所以我国拥有的木托盘绝大多数是“无用”托盘,只能在企业里应用,仅次于将物品以托盘为单元在货架上利用和生产线之间运输,一旦物品出厂以后在物主之间交割,原物主就不得不收回自己的木托盘,而且现在我国托盘规格不定、托盘样子乱七八糟,引起以交换的形式促进托盘在物主之间流动也存在困难。因此托盘在货主之间不能流动的状况下,货物在交货环节上需要倒换托盘,或者就不用托盘来作业,托盘的装卸运输效能根本没法显现。(图/文)
