零件喷丸强化后的特点

  喷丸工艺对材料机械性能的影响有哪些呢??实验表明:强化工艺对材料的抗拉强度σb没有明显的影响;延伸率δ略有降低;表面硬度有所增高;冲击韧性αk略有下降。但喷丸强化能大幅度提高循环载荷作用下金属的疲劳强度。
  零件喷丸强化后的特点
  (1)零件受喷表面残余压应力的大小和压应力层的深度取决于受喷材料的性能和喷丸强度。材料的强度和硬度越高,压应力就越大,压应力层的深度就越浅,喷丸强度越高,压应力层的深度也越大。
  (2)受喷表层的材料组织发生变化。
  (3)受喷表面变得粗糙。受喷表面的粗糙度随着喷丸强度的提高、表层硬度的降低和弹丸尺寸的减小而变差。
